🎯 What we are looking for

3–5 years of experience in an art direction/design role (agency experience preferred)
A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and execution
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
Affinity with AI tools
A genuine passion for advertising, design, and culture
Team spirit, curiosity, and attention to detail
