• Maintain a high level of quality and productivity in a fast paced, multi-faceted signage and large format print production facility

As well, the Signage Production/Installation staff member should

-

Have a solid understanding of signage production materials and processes, including

• -
• Cut vinyl
• -
• Print vinyl
• -
• Solid substrates
• -

Laminates

• -
• Illuminated sign systems
• -
• Pros and cons of different methods and products for different environments
• -

A variety of installation methods, including

• -
• Exterior vinyl applications (windows, doors, walls)

• Interior applications (wall wraps, etch, d/s tape)
• Installation hardware (standoffs, screw caps, adhesive tapes/velcro, french cleats)
• vehicle applications

• -
• Have at least 3 years experience in production and/or installation of signage
• -
• Have a working knowledge of the safe operation of basic shop tools (table saw, chop saw, power hand tools, etc.)

Bonus, but not necessary

• -
• Operational knowledge of laminator, roll to roll printers, CNC machine and vinyl cutter
• -
• Knowledge and/or experience of design software
