You’ll be the face and voice of Enersee to some of Europe’s biggest brands. Think Lidl, Ahold Delhaize, Veolia, Stad Kortrijk , and more. Your mission: turn great onboarding into long-term impact and commercial expansion. And since you'll be our only dedicated Customer Success Manager, you'll help shape what success looks like. Both for our clients and for us as a company.

What you’ll do

• Be the go-to person for our enterprise clients, building strong, strategic partnerships.
• Own onboarding together with our product team: align stakeholders, set up integrations, and define goals.
• Translate customer goals into real outcomes (and growing contracts).
• Design business cases to help clients scale from pilot to full rollout.
• Spot opportunities to expand usage, drive renewals, and increase client impact. And then act on them.
• Collect and organize feedback from users, feeding insights back to product and tech teams.
• Build dashboards in HubSpot to track revenue and expansion.
• Shape and scale our Customer Success practices as we grow.‍
