About The Role

Please note: Candidates whose experience is limited to ticketing, flight reservations, or working as a travel consultant in a retail travel agency are unlikely to be suitable for this position.

  • Must have personally traveled to at least 30 different international destinations across multiple countries.

A private Emirati family is seeking an experienced, well-traveled, and highly organized Private Travel Planner to curate exceptional travel experiences worldwide.

This is not a travel agency or ticketing role. We are looking for someone with extensive personal travel experience who understands destinations from first-hand knowledge and can create unique, seamless, and luxurious travel experiences tailored to the family's preferences.

The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, has visited a wide range of international destinations, possesses outstanding organizational skills, and can independently manage every aspect of travel planning with discretion and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Design and manage end-to-end travel experiences for family members, from concept to completion.
  • Create personalized travel itineraries based on the family's interests, travel style, and objectives.
  • Recommend destinations, hotels, villas, resorts, restaurants, attractions, and exclusive experiences based on first-hand knowledge and thorough research.
  • Coordinate flights (commercial and private when required), accommodation, airport transfers, yacht charters, chauffeurs, guides, and VIP services.
  • Arrange visas, travel insurance, permits, and all required travel documentation.
  • Prepare detailed travel books containing itineraries, reservations, emergency contacts, maps, restaurant recommendations, and daily schedules.
  • Continuously research new luxury destinations, hidden gems, seasonal experiences, and family-friendly activities worldwide.
  • Monitor travel advisories, weather conditions, local events, and destination-specific requirements.
  • Manage last-minute itinerary changes and resolve travel issues promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with luxury hotels, concierge teams, airlines, destination management companies, and premium service providers.
  • Coordinate with the family's Personal Assistant and Household Manager to ensure seamless travel logistics.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all travel arrangements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must have personally traveled to at least 30 different international destinations across multiple countries.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury travel planning, executive travel coordination, family office support, concierge services, or lifestyle management.
  • Experience planning complex international itineraries involving multiple destinations.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury hotels, premium airlines, cruise lines, exclusive resorts, and global tourist destinations.
  • Excellent knowledge of visa requirements and international travel regulations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
