Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Role Purpose

The position is responsible for monitoring production, and coordinating the activities of workers who are involved in inspecting materials/product and ensuring that they meet the quality standards specified by the company.

Major Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate job expectations, coaching, and counseling of employees
• Manage operational objectives, day-to-day activities, implement change, identify and address gaps
• Manage Quality Standards, Calibration and Service
• Manage market VOC and suggest solutions in quality and service field.
• Analyze product defects and manage quality improvement
• Prepare management and technical reports regarding daily performance and issues
• Work with product development and process engineering on product/process improvements
• Quality Assurance audits of process
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time with or without notice

Background, Experience & Qualifications

• Supervisory experience
• Must demonstrate strong problem-solving ability
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in standard office software including MS Office
• Capability to learn new specific software and product
• Bachelor’s degree, work experience in quality related field
