Associate Lawyer, Capital Markets & Financial Services Regulation Practice Group

We are currently seeking to recruit a motivated and hands-on Associate lawyer to join our dynamic Capital Markets & Financial Services Regulation Practice Group .

Our Capital Markets & Financial Services Regulation practice combines high-end transactional expertise, specialist regulatory knowledge and first-hand experience in the operation, governance and supervision of financial market infrastructures.

Job description

As a member of our Capital Markets & Financial Services Regulation team, you will support the advice provided to leading domestic and international financial institutions, investment firms, asset managers, fintech companies and listed issuers on a broad range of regulatory and transactional matters. Working closely with and under the guidance of experienced practitioners, you will contribute to complex, high-profile mandates involving financial services regulation, capital markets transactions and corporate governance, helping to deliver commercially focused and practical legal solutions in a dynamic and evolving regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Post graduate degree (LLM or equivalent) in the relevant field of law will be considered an asset
• Qualified to work as an Attorney at law in Greece
• 1-3 years of working experience in the field of Capital Markets and/or Financial Services Regulation
