Learning & Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

Learning Content Development

• -
• Create engaging learning materials for both classroom and self-paced learning.
• -
• Assist in designing assessments, quizzes and learning activities.

Content Creation & Script Writing

• -
• Write scripts for training videos, product explainers, microlearning modules, and internal communications.
• -
• Convert technical or operational information into learner-friendly content.
• -
• Create engaging storytelling-based learning experiences.

AI-Powered Learning Development

• -
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gen AI video content(HiggsField/HeyGen), Canva AI , and other productivity tools to accelerate content creation.
• -
• Generate prompts and optimize AI outputs for high-quality learning assets.

Training Operations

• -
• Support LMS content uploads and course management.
• -
• Assist in tracking learning completion and assessment reports.
• -
• Help coordinate training sessions and maintain training documentation.

Research & Innovation

• -
• Research modern learning trends, instructional design practices, and AI applications in L&D.
• -
• Benchmark learning practices and recommend improvements.
• -
• Identify opportunities to enhance learner engagement through new tools and technologies.

Required Skills

• -
• Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate from any discipline.
• -
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• -
• Strong content writing and script writing skills.
• -
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• -
• Good presentation and storytelling skills.
• -
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel.
• -
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging learning content.
• -
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• -
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gen AI video content (HiggsField/HeyGen), Canva AI etc)
• -
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles.
• -
• Experience with Canva, video editing, or graphic design is an added advantage.
• -
• Exposure to LMS platforms is a plus.
