Flight Booking Agent

Wings Over Kississing is a growing aircraft charter company that operates in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Northern Canada. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy problem solving and multitasking to join the energetic team in the Flight Booking Centre!

Position Available: Immediately

• Term: Start Date - November 1, 2026
• Schedule: Seasonal position in Steinbach, MB with potential of advancement to permanent position.

• Rotation of 4 days on / 4 days off working, primary working hours ranging from 10am - 8pm.
• Outside office hours including rotation of on call duties.

Responsibilities include

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Manage Microsoft Outlook inbox, email customers
• Booking flights according to schedule and availability
• Flight following for pilots
• Using Sage50 to generate quotes for customers
• Communicating with pilots, maintenance, and other staff to ensure smooth flight experience. Liaising with bases in Flin Flon, Thompson, Lynn Lake, Stony Rapids and Points North
• Ability to work within a team atmosphere. At no point would you be a lone ranger!

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Customer service skills and phone skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
• Ability to work within a team
• Attention to details and well organized
• Problem solving ability and effective time management
• Professional with a positive attitude
• Aviation experience is an asset but not required, if no experience, training will be provided
• Office experience is an asset
