The role

As an E2E International Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating end-to-end international logistics operations, ensuring materials move efficiently across the global supply chain and are delivered on time. Working with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers across multiple regions, you will help drive operational excellence through effective planning, stakeholder management, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate end-to-end international logistics activities, including transportation, inventory management, shipping documentation, customs processes, and freight audit.
  • Secure vessel transportation by managing carrier bookings and ensuring shipments meet agreed delivery timelines.
  • Translate business priorities into clear operational plans, tasks, and project milestones.
  • Monitor operational progress, track service levels and KPIs, and proactively identify and escalate risks.
  • Partner with importers, suppliers, carriers, domestic teams, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across the supply chain.
  • Support ad hoc operational requests and provide cover for the Team Lead when required.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while monitoring supplier and carrier performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to support decision-making and daily operations.

What will you bring?

  • A Master's degree (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in an international business environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Previous experience in an operational logistics or supply chain environment; experience leading teams is an advantage.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • An end-to-end understanding of supply chain processes with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Fluent English is essential; Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage.
