About The Role

Join Optimiza as a Senior Front End Developer and play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to build scalable and user-friendly front-end solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor junior developers.
Stay updated with latest front-end technologies and best practices to continuously enhance development processes.
Work closely within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+years of experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, NgRx) is a plus.
Familiarity with build tools and package managers like Webpack, Babel, npm, or Yarn.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Knowledge of responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
