Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is excited to welcome a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a 14yo child in Paterson, NJ. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities!

Schedule

• Monday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM
• Tuesday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM
• Wednesday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM
• Thursday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM
• Friday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services with enthusiasm!
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA with dedication!
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills in a fun and engaging way!
• Collect data and document session progress accurately!
• Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure the best outcomes!
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times!

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children preferred
• RBT Certification preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to pass required background screenings
