About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Travel Planner to manage all travel arrangements for a private Emirati family. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning seamless domestic and international travel experiences, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and confidentiality at all times.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements for family members.
  • Book flights, private aviation (when required), hotels, serviced apartments, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including schedules, reservations, and important travel information.
  • Coordinate visa applications, travel insurance, and all required travel documentation.
  • Ensure passports, visas, and other travel documents remain valid and up to date.
  • Arrange airport VIP services, meet-and-greet assistance, and chauffeur services.
  • Research and recommend destinations, hotels, restaurants, activities, and entertainment based on the family's preferences.
  • Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with personal assistants, drivers, security personnel, and household staff to ensure smooth travel logistics.
  • Monitor travel budgets and maintain accurate records of bookings and travel-related expenses.
  • Negotiate preferential rates and establish relationships with airlines, hotels, luxury travel agencies, and service providers.
  • Be available outside regular working hours to accommodate urgent travel requirements.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in luxury travel planning, executive travel coordination, or as a Travel Consultant.
  • Previous experience working for VIP clients, UHNW individuals, royal families, or private family offices is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of international travel regulations, visa procedures, and travel documentation.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience arranging luxury holidays and bespoke travel experiences.
  • Knowledge of private aviation and yacht charter bookings.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel when required.
  • Ability to manage multiple family members' travel schedules simultaneously.
