About The Role

Our client, an AS9100 certified company, is in search of a skilled and dependable Maintenance Mechanic/Technician! In this role, you’ll help keep the facility, equipment, and machinery running safely and efficiently by performing both preventative maintenance and urgent repairs.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Repair and maintain facility systems, machinery, and production equipment
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems and complete repairs efficiently
  • Assist with welding, fabrication, plumbing, and mechanical projects
  • Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to support daily operations

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience (required)
  • Experience with welding/fabrication, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use measuring tools and perform basic math
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  • Ability to lift and/or carry 50+ lbs
  • Flexibility to work overtime or occasional weekends when needed
