About The Role

What You Will Do

  • Lead investigations into misconduct, fraud, theft, and policy violations end to end, from intake to
  • closed report
  • ● Gather evidence through interviews, document review, and data analysis, ensuring everything is
  • obtained legally and ethically
  • ● Analyze findings to identify root cause, patterns, and systemic risk, not just resolve individual
  • cases
  • ● Write investigation reports clear enough for executive leadership and, where needed, law
  • enforcement authorities
  • ● Recommend corrective actions based on root-cause analysis
  • ● Partner with Legal, HR, Ops, and Finance on case-specific escalations and legal follow-through
  • ● Work directly with Zonal, Cluster, and Area teams on high-impact field cases/incidents (theft,
  • fraud
  • What success looks like?
  • ● Meet target case closure SLA as per internal SOP and policies
  • ● Handle dynamic case volume through the quarter, ensuring adherence to SOP and audit
  • committee reporting requirements
  • ● Convert raw complaints into structured investigations by critically assessing the veracity of
  • allegations, and deliver outcomes including corrective actions and drive systemic process/policy
  • changes to reduce repeat incidents and patterns

What You Will Need

  • Must have
  • ● 3–5 years investigating misconduct, fraud, or policy violations
  • ● Previous experience conducting interviews and running fact-finding investigations
  • ● Strong report-writing able to present findings clearly to senior leadership
  • ● Working knowledge of legal procedures and regulations governing investigation
  • ● Comfortable handling confidential, high-sensitivity information
  • ● Able to travel on short notice

Nice-to-have

  • ● Experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Supply chain, Operations or relevant experience in similar
  • high growth tech startups preferred
  • ● CFE, PCI, or equivalent investigative certification
  • ● Exposure to computer forensics or digital investigation tools
  • ● Prior experience in law enforcement or a related investigative field.
