About The Role
Reports to: Global Marketing Manager
Role Purpose
The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible for identifying , recruiting, and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers , and other affiliate partners to drive high-quality traffic and clients to the company. This role focuses on building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships, negotiating commission structures, and ensuring that each partner’s promotional activities are aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives . This role will work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns, track performance, and continuously optimize the affiliate channel for growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new KOLs, influencers, and affiliate partners across relevant platforms and markets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners through regular communication, support, and performance reviews.
- Negotiate commission rates, promotional packages, and collaboration terms that are fair, transparent, and aligned with company targets.
- Coordinate and provide marketing materials (e.g., tracking links, banners, content guidelines) to affiliates to support their promotional activities.
- Monitor affiliate performance on a regular basis and prepare simple, clear reports on key metrics (e.g., leads, conversions, revenue ) .
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of referred clients and accurate commission calculations.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, including testing new creatives, messages, and partner types.
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with legal, brand, and platform guidelines, protecting the company’s reputation and client trust.
Essential Requirements
- B achelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, business development, or partnership management.
- Proven experience working with KOLs , influencers or affiliate partners, including outreach, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics ( e.g., clicks, leads, conversion rate, CPA, ROI).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking partner performance and commission payouts.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and manage multiple partners and campaigns at the same time.
- Professional English speaker, ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
