About The Role

Reports to: Global Marketing Manager

Role Purpose

The PPC/SEM Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other digital channels. The primary focus of this role is to generate high-quality leads and drive measurable conversions that support the company’s revenue and growth objectives .

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta , and other relevant platforms, with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages in collaboration with the design and content teams.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions, and make timely adjustments.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to ensure accurate data.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights, highlighting key results, learnings, and improvement actions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align lead quality, follow-up processes, and feedback for improvement.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Advertising, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC/SEM campaigns ( e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, able to interpret data, and make clear optimization decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of landing page best practices; experience with A/B testing is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
