About The Role

Reports to: Risk Lead

Role Purpose

The Risk Analyst will support the company’s daily risk monitoring, data analysis, and operational risk control activities. T his role will monitor risk-related data, identify abnormalities, report findings, assist in investigations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes. This position requires strong analytical thinking, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review daily risk-related data to identify potential risk points, abnormal activities, or irregularities.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and trend assessments based on monitoring results, providing insights and recommendations through regular risk analysis reports.
  • Execute various risk-control tasks, track project progress, and ensure timely completion of risk reviews, data updates, and reporting deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer verification, risk event investigations, and the implementation of risk mitigation measures.
  • Maintain and monitor server operations and internal systems to ensure proper data transmission and system stability.
  • Participate in optimising internal risk management processes and contribute to building more efficient risk identification and control mechanisms.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in risk control, auditing, or data monitoring is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong analytical, logical-thinking, and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or SQL is advantageous .
  • Strong communication and coordination skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Highly attentive to detail, reliable, and able to produce clear documentation and reports.
  • Willing to work non-standard New Zealand business hours.
