About The Role

Responsible for leading across Software Engineer, DevOps, Cloud Engineer, System Analysis, and UX/UI to deliver scalable, secure and resilient solution in Core Retail for both Thailand and Malaysia business.

  • Managed large engineer team in cross-functional team to deliver solution on time/budget.
  • Governance of high-scale, resilient, and cost-optimized systems . Established and enforced engineering standards across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent adherence to technology roadmaps and best practices .
  • Drove strategic resource planning and talent development to align team capabilities with evolving business goals within the Retail Tech sector.
  • Focused on bridging competency gaps to build a high-performing, future-ready engineering organization.
  • Managing vendor relationships and performance management to ensure solution delivery met IT standard and SLAs.
  • Managed and optimized software development and outsourcing budgets, achieving cost efficiencies to be aligned with IT finance strategy and resource optimization.
  • Led and mentored the adoption of AI-SDLC to increase productivity in software development process.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of total IT experience , with a strong background in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture and AI Development.
  • At least 3 years of experience for people management in s oftware/solution delivery area
  • Familiar with Agile adoption in large software development team (10 - 20 squads)
  • Familiar with multi modern programming skill such as Java, Golang, NodeJS and also familiar in Frontend and Backend Technology.
  • Familiar with modern architecture such as Microservice, Event-driven Architecture and Enterprise Architect
  • Comfortable communicating with Executive Leadership.
