About the Role

MSS Security is looking for a professional and dependable Security Officer to join our team in a full-time, Monday to Friday position. This role is based in Woodridge and offers the rare benefit of a stable weekday roster. You’ll play a key role in maintaining site safety while supporting day-to-day operations at this high profile government location.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform internal and external foot patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, offering assistance, and managing front-desk responsibilities
• Monitor access control and issue visitor passes
• Respond to incidents and escalate as necessary, following site protocols
• Work collaboratively with site management

Requirements

• Australian Citizenship
• Valid QLD Security Licence
• Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher)
• Employee Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check

• Master licence – 41299
