We are looking for a Facilities Specialist to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Facilities Manager and based in Newark, DE. This is a fully on-site, in office role .

Role and Responsibilities

Performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on buildings and building systems requested by clients.
Prioritizes daily activities and work order scheduling. Keeps management informed on progress and delays of all preventive maintenance work orders,
