Job Description
As a Rewards Specialist , you will be responsible for supporting and delivering Rewards programs across Philips, with a strong focus on compensation, benefits, and international mobility. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, recruiters, and HR stakeholders, ensuring Rewards practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with Philips’ global Rewards strategy.
Your role will be
- Serve as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for employees, managers, recruiters, and HR colleagues on Rewards topics, including compensation, benefits, grading, job evaluations, and international mobility.
- Support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and mobility programs, ensuring alignment with business needs, market trends, and Philips’ Rewards strategy.
- Develop expertise in Rewards policies, processes, and governance while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective program delivery.
- Conduct compensation analyses, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and rewards-related reporting while maintaining accurate data and supporting informed decision-making.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to optimize Rewards processes, tools, policies, and programs while supporting standardized ways of working.
- Advise and guide managers, recruiters, and employees on Rewards matters, including salary structures, incentive programs, benefits, and international mobility policies and procedures.
You're the right fit if
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You have knowledge of Rewards processes, including compensation, benefits, job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking, and international mobility programs.
- You have 3–5 years of experience in a multinational environment within Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility, HR Operations, or a similar field.
- You demonstrate a proactive mindset, analytical thinking, customer-first approach, and eagerness to continuously learn and develop.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy partnering with people from different cultures, functions, and backgrounds.
