The Role

We're looking for our person on the ground in Brazil — someone who lives and breathes Brazilian social media, spots trends before they peak, and turns that instinct into creative that performs. Sitting in our Growth team and partnering closely with Brand, you'll drive BR social content end to end while supporting paid acquisition and CRM/engagement initiatives that keep our Brazilian user base growing and active.

What makes you the ideal candidate

• Deep, current fluency in Brazilian social media — trends, creators, viral content, ad formats
• Data-driven: you use performance insights to shape content and campaigns, and turn data into recommendations
• Hands-on experience with paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads)
• Exposure to CRM/lifecycle tools (CleverTap or similar)
• Sharp creative eye and a proactive, end-to-end ownership mindset
• Native/fluent Portuguese; comfortable working in English

How you'll make a difference

• Drive BR social content: spot trends, create and execute content across paid and organic
• Analyze creative performance and turn learnings into better content
• Support paid campaign execution and optimization for Brazil
• Support CRM/lifecycle campaigns (push, in-app, WhatsApp)
• Occasional support for in-market events and user research

• This is a hybrid role based in our Sao Paolo office - you’ll combine working from our office and working from home
