MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for 4 brands: NordLayer, NordPass, NordStellar and Browser;
• Orchestrate platformization project from an SEO perspective;
• Lead new products launch to the new markets from an organic perspective;
• Lead and nurture SEO team members ;
• Build AI-search-based strategies for all 4 brands;
• Build and scale localization project and processes around it;
• Architect an organic social media strategy focused on channels like Reddit, Github, Quora, etc.;
• Manage and run CRO activities across all brands;
• Take care of reputational sources and reviews’ engines on the Internet;
• Constantly challenge current approaches and work towards improving them;
• Analyse performance data, share insights and take proactive action towards business growth goals;
• Plan SEO budgets for all brands;
• Successfully collaborate with other marketing channels and cross-functional teams;

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, delivering long-term strategies and execution with clear results of growth;
• Experience in leading teams, nurturing and leading team members to success;
• Growth mindset: seeing the bigger picture of long-term business goals, connecting other channels with SEO, maximising the efficiency of collaborations with your stakeholders;
• Expertise in content marketing and all pillars of SEO, knowledge of global and local SEO;
• Analytics and data-driven decisions - decisions based on data and researches, competitors analysis and dedicated to overall business growth;
• High ownership of your channel, team and projects, attention to details, proactivity and organization;
• Experience in shifting focus between various high-scope projects at a time;
• Understanding tech products, b2b market’s specifics and cybersecurity would be a bonus;
