Your role

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCSW)

Your day-to-day expectations

• Provid e services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline
• Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals
• When not treating patients, assisting with, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients
• Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows
• Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter
• Review and interpret any patient assessments that we use in the practice
• Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings

• Your workday
• This position is 100% virtual.
• We are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm CST, Monday through Sunday.
• This position is full-time at 40 hours per week .
• We will work with you to ensure a flexible schedule . We will ask you to include availability in your schedule for two evenings (5:00 PM-8:00 PM ) or one weekend day .
• This role reports to Televero's Director of Counseling .
• Experience to t hrive

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field.
• Completion of CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program.
• Activ e LPC or LCSW License in Texas
• Minimum 2 years' experience .
• Two or more years of Telehealth experience.
• Two or more years of Outpatient experience.
• Certifications in one or more of the following areas preferred: CBT-I, CBT- Autism , CPT, PET, ERP, DBT, CBT for Eating Disorders, ABA, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
