Established in 2020 through the merger of Auckland Clinical Studies (ACS) and Christchurch Clinical Studies Trust (CCST), NZCR is at the forefront of early-phase clinical research in New Zealand. The Role

Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Proposals & Feasibility Coordinator to join our Business Development team.

In this role, you'll help prepare compelling proposals for new clinical trial opportunities, gather information from teams across the business, and coordinate submissions to sponsors. You'll play an important role in helping NZCR secure new studies and progress them from initial enquiry through to study start-up.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple workstreams, building strong relationships, and bringing complex projects together behind the scenes. You'll collaborate with teams across the business and external sponsors to ensure opportunities progress smoothly, playing an important role in bringing innovative clinical research to New Zealand.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, health-related, business, or related discipline.
  • Around 1–2 years' experience in an administration, coordination, or support role, ideally within clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or a similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to research, compile, analyse, and present information in a clear and professional manner.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to build strong working relationships across multiple teams.
  • Experience supporting proposals, business development, project coordination, or client-facing administration would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with clinical research processes, ICH-GCP, proposal management systems, CRM platforms, or sponsor-facing activities would be beneficial but is not essential.
