An established multinational information technology and communications engineering corporation is expanding the team and is looking for Desktop Engineers to support new projects.

The Role

As a Desktop Engineer , you will be responsible for the following

Provide EUCD Support by supporting users' requirements.
MS Office usage troubleshooting.
MS Outlook usage troubleshooting.
MS Teams / Skype usage troubleshooting.

Requirements

Minimum education level: Vocational certificate.
Familiar with Microsoft Office 365.
Familiar with Microsoft Exchange / Outlook and Windows 10.
Good command of English.
Advantageous to have at least 5 years of experience in IT.
