About The Role

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Advanced proficiency in Packaged Development Estimating is required.
Advanced proficiency in Packaged Application Integration, SaaS Testing, and Software Platforms is recommended.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes.
Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new applications.
