About The Role

Position Overview

The Associate supports healthcare consulting projects through coordination, communications, and research. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in health policy, healthcare technology, and consulting. The Associate works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. This is a hybrid position that requires a minimum of two days per week in a BluePath Health office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and social media assets.
  • Update and maintain internal and client websites using tools like WordPress.
  • Help organize and support webinars, conferences, and other virtual/hybrid events.
  • Maintain and update newsletters and distribution lists.
  • Capture meeting key takeaways and action items.
  • Contribute to internal discussions with ideas that improve processes and team operations.
  • Engage in ongoing learning about healthcare topics including health IT, telehealth, and policy trends.
  • Contribute to business development by helping draft proposals.
  • Represent BluePath Health in a professional manner in all client and team interactions.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks while receiving guidance and feedback from senior staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in public health, healthcare administration, public policy, computer science, business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, analytical,communication skills.
  • Interest in healthcare consulting and public health systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and team members.
