ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and schedule employee shifts and assign duties
  • Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
  • Know the best practice and be a role model on responsible area
  • Train and coach new employees
  • Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management
  • Open and close the store in accordance with procedures
  • Ensure health and safety standards are followed
  • Address customer and employee complaints
  • Resolve conflicts between workers
  • Help to improve foster and maintain a positive work environment
  • Help with his feedback to the management team work

Performance

  • Truck, monitor and ensure the Athlete’s team meets sales goals and key metrics: Sales, Conversion, UPT, ADT,

Wages, Mystery Shopper, Turnover, Staffing, SKU trainings, PULSE, follow up tip off cards on daily basis

  • Support Store Management in implementing action plans to achieve individual & team results
  • Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets
  • Represent our ethics and values and make sure other follows as well

People

  • Support Store Management in preparing One-On-One meetings for the team members
  • Responsible for coaching & developing team members
  • Responsible for measuring performance of store team
  • Delegation and supervision of tasks in the store team
  • Preparation of morning and afternoon update meetings (huddle) and daily plan for employees

Product

  • Responsible for following all provided VM Guidelines
  • Serve as a product knowledge resource for consumers and entry level associates
  • Responsible for merchandise availability on the shopping floor
  • Supporting Back of House team in overall stock management & movement in stockroom & on sales area
  • Support to the Visual Merchandising team in the commercial preparation of the store and support the VM team

in the arrangement of the merchandise on the sales floor

  • Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits

Customer Service

  • Responsible for establishing a client centric mindset to ensure customer experience
  • Responsible for customer data gathering & quality management
  • Responsible for transaction, complaint & return handling

Processes & Systems

  • Responsible that all company policies & procedures are followed
  • Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
  • Responsible for all operations for loss prevention on the sales floor
  • Ability to communicate with the IT department and office team in case of system problems on the shift

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position where the ability to meet & exceed targets has been demonstrated
  • Previous experience in coaching, training & developing team members
  • Brand Knowledge & the ability to represent the brands attributes
  • Commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
  • Experience in networking & building relationships
  • Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
  • Willingness to constantly learn & develop
  • Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
  • Communication skills in English (spoken & written)
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
