Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Kuwait Commercial Manager to lead the commercial operations across Kuwait. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, lead and develop high-performing field teams, strengthen market presence, and ensure effective execution of commercial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  • The role requires a strategic and growth-oriented leader capable of identifying market opportunities, optimizing team performance, building strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing beyond sales targets to support long-term business expansion and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the medical representatives team to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of targets across assigned territories and product lines.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
  • Ensure effective territory management, customer coverage, and resource allocation across the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key physicians, healthcare stakeholders, distributors, and accounts within Kuwait.
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve market share, business performance, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or any relevant scientific field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience within the Kuwait pharmaceutical market.
  • Proven experience leading teams of at least 5 employees within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive business growth, market expansion, and team performance beyond sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
