  • Build strong partnerships with Sales and Renewal Sales leaders to ensure common goals, consistent KPIs, and joint accountability for regional sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and other key business decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and elevate the finance function’s strategic value to the business.
  • Lead or support global sales finance projects to improve planning, forecasting and operational effectiveness across regions.

What you will bring

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Sales Finance and GTM Finance roles
  • FP&A experience partnering with go-to-market teams—including Field Sales, Channel Sales, and Customer Success—to drive revenue forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record in FP&A and Sales Finance roles within high-growth or technology-driven companies.
  • Deep understanding of key sales processes, commissions, metrics, and tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Adaptive, SAP & Power BI that are used to support sales motions across direct and channel teams.
  • Strong track record of cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration, effectively partnering with theatre Sales Finance teams, Worldwide Sales Finance, and Corporate FP&A to drive alignment and consistency in planning and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage AI and automation to drive efficient analysis and better decision-making.
  • Proactive communicator with a highly collaborative working style, skilled in bringing together diverse perspectives to solve complex business challenges.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic direction and influence enterprise-level decision-making.
