About The Role

Identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions to support decision-making and growth
Retrieve, clean, prepare, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources
Design and implement analyses using statistical methods and data models
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations following best practices (Tableau, Power BI)
Build automated tools and solutions to deliver recurring insights efficiently
Contribute to data feed industrialization, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing processes
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team
Communicate complex analytical results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate closely with traders, sales teams, business sponsors, and technical teams
Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Professional experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI
Professional experience in data analysis using programming languages, preferably Python (Pandas)
Strong ability to analyze, synthesize, and simplify complex information
Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing is a plus
Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as PySpark, Presto, and Airflow is a plus
Knowledge of Power Query and DAX is a plus
Fluent in English
