For our office in Madrid Aquila Group is seeking a

Financial Accounting Intern (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in the whole Accounting Cycle: management of invoices payables’ process
• Supporting the management of accounting entries and provisions
• Account reconciliation: banks, accounts receivable/accounts payable
• Support the Administrative-Finance team in the accounting activities
• Support the Financial Analysts and Business Controllers in their day-to-day work
• Organization of department documentation: physical and digital files.
• Creation and development of internal financial controls, evaluating their robustness, reasonableness and implementation.

Key requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or Engineering with Financial acumen.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Great knowledge of MS Office – specially Excel – is required. Programming and automation in Excel or other programming languages is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; German is a plus.
• A university agreement is mandatory.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management
