Environmental Services Manager

Summary

The Environmental Services Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational leadership for Environmental Services operations within the organization. This role oversees daily departmental functions with a strong emphasis on workforce management, scheduling, compliance, performance accountability, and process improvement. The Manager ensures effective coordination of people, resources, and workflows to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant healthcare environment while supporting organizational goals, regulatory standards, and service excellence.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of administrative or managerial experience overseeing staff, schedules, and operational processes in any industry.
• Customer service skills, administrative skills, patient facing/engagement experience preferred.

Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
