Pitboss

• Imagine Live is looking for a Pitboss to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring table operations and dealer performance to meet operational goals.
• The job is shift based.

Shifts

• 1st day: 08:00-16:00
• 2nd day: 16:00-00:00
• 3rd day: 00:00-08:00

After these 3 working days, employees have 2 days off and return to work with the same shifts.

Responsibilities

• Effectively monitor tables operations and activities during the shift
• Make sure game rules and procedures are in line with the operational standards
• Monitor dealers/shufflers' conduct and performance
• Monitor player behavior and report any violations
• Monitor chats and respond to customers complaints regarding problem gambling, unfair play or cheating
• Handle reports and communication with various departments and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education would be a plus
• Knowledge of Armenian and English languages
• Adaptability, flexibility
• Decision-making skills
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Prior experience would be a plus
