SWD Operator

📍 Location: Bourg, LA

💰 Pay: $18–$21/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime)

📅 Schedule: 14/7 Rotating Day & Night Shifts

R360 Environmental Solutions , a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded SWD Operator to join our team at our Bourg, Louisiana facility.

🔧 The Job

• Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment (pumps, valves, tanks)
• Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks
• Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance
• Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times
• Follow all environmental and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and drivers

✅ Requirements

• Previous SWD (Salt Water Disposal) Operator experience a PLUS!
• Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage
• Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
