How you will make a difference

  • Design and enhance pricing segmentation that improves loss ratio and trading performance
  • Deliver robust monitoring frameworks to track portfolio health and pricing effectiveness
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with underwriting, commercial and data teams to influence strategic decisions
  • Contribute to the evolution of our pricing capability

Essential skills/experience

  • Strong experience working with data in a pricing, modelling or analytical environment
  • Understanding of insurance pricing principles or strong numerical/statistical problem-solving skills
  • Experience using Python, SQL, R, SAS or similar analytical tools
  • Proven experience mentoring, coaching or developing junior analysts
  • Ability to explore data, generate insight and clearly communicate findings
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-focused environment with competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, with a curious mindset and confidence to challenge ideas

  • Screening call to explore your skills and experience
  • Technical case study, followed by panel interview
