Your next career opportunity

In this part-time (0.4FTE) Admissions Officer role, you will manage admissions for the Master of Biomedical Science. You will help streamline processes, reduce turnaround times, and deliver a supportive, informative experience for applicants.

What you will deliver

  • Manage end-to-end admissions processing for the Master of Biomedical Science within agreed timelines and criteria.
  • Provide accurate , timely advice to prospective students and stakeholders on admissions procedures and application progress.
  • Collaborate with School of Biomedical Sciences and Future Students Hub to minimise application turnaround times.
  • Contribute to improving and streamlining admissions practices, supporting acceptance targets and continuous process innovation.

  • Hold a relevant degree and experience in the higher education sector, or equivalent education and training.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, delivering accurate work within competing deadlines.
  • Provide excellent client service, responding to diverse enquiries with clarity, empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams, adapting to changing demands while working independently when required .
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with stakeholders at varying levels across a complex organisation .
  • Use advanced features of word processing and spreadsheet software to manage data, documents and reports.
