Night Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction logistics operations during the night shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising night activities, coordinating the movement of heavy-duty equipment across project sites, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement and dispatch of heavy-duty equipment between multiple construction project sites.
• Serve as the team lead for night logistics personnel, providing direction and support to ensure efficient operations.
• Operate articulated vehicles and/or equipment as required.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of nightly activities.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and liaise with maintenance teams when necessary

Requirements

• A Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is an asset.
• Valid articulated driver's license.
• Proven experience in construction, logistics, or a similar industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of heavy-duty equipment and mechanical systems.
• Proven experience in a supervisory capacity, with responsibility for coordinating staff and overseeing operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
