Job Type: Full-Time (In-person, Community-Based)
- Pay: $34.00 – $36.00 per hour (up to $45.00/hour for licensed clinicians)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts
Overview
Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated Masters-Level Therapist to provide community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma.

Position Summary
The Therapist provides assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in community-based environments. This role focuses on strength-based, child-centered, and family-focused care that supports emotional and behavioral development.
Services are delivered in settings such as homes, schools, and community locations, requiring flexibility and strong collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical and behavioral assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and family therapy aligned with treatment goals
- Deliver services in home, school, and community environments
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in care
Qualifications
Required
Candidates must meet one of the following
- Licensed psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Behavior Specialist with a graduate degree including clinical practicum
- Graduate degree with at least 1 year of full-time mental health direct service experience with children
- Graduate degree with a completed clinical practicum and at least 9 clinical credit hours in a related field
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel locally (100% travel required for community-based services)
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with children and adolescents impacted by trauma
- Background in community-based or in-home therapy services
- Strong collaboration with schools and community partners

Work Location
This is an in-person, community-based position serving multiple counties in Pennsylvania. Candidates must be able to travel extensively and relocate to Milton, PA (17847) prior to starting if needed.
