About The Role

Working Days: Sunday–Thursday
Hours: 9 AM–5 PM or 10 AM–6 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FF&E Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in interior design studios or fit-out companies to handle FF&E concepts, selections, specifications, and procurement coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Develop FF&E concepts, mood boards, and presentations
Select furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes
Prepare specifications, schedules, and procurement documents
Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and contractors
Monitor procurement, deliveries, and installations

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
2–4 years of relevant experience
Strong portfolio (hospitality/residential/commercial)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, MS Office
Fluent Arabic & English
Odoo knowledge is a plus
