Job Summary

The core of this position is performance and culture driven. Reporting to the COO, this is a senior administration role. Expert skills with 365 MS applications are required: Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc. An ability to learn quickly and adapt is critical. The ability to audit processes and recommend improvements is required. Being passionate about systems would be a plus. The successful candidate will possess a depth of experience that excels in the areas of efficiency while working in a cross-functional business approach.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and updating excel work books at an expert level (minimum formulae; macro capability a plus)
  • Adapting quickly, learning and working with in-house systems in addition to third party systems (e.g. QuickBooks, SAMSARA, Concur etc.)
  • Ability to interact with and communicate professionally with clients
  • Working with COO’s staff ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Executives quality standards
  • Ability to analyze projects and recommend improvements
  • Basic administrative duties: managing calendars, budgets and tasks

Skills

  • On-site working at our Flemington location required.
  • Highly organized with the ability to organize others
  • Ability to work within teams and lead teams
  • Understanding the basics of HR management
  • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in senior administrative role reporting to senior managers or VP level
  • BS degree preferable; Associates required
  • Ability to work with and continually promote Executives valves: Integrity, Trust, Fairness, Respect, Teamwork Execution and Accountability
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Self-starter with motivational attitude
  • Knowledge of industry preferable but not required
  • Ability to manage budges and perform financial analysis
  • Extremely High proficiency in the use of MS Software particularly Excel
