About The Role

  • The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human
  • Resources function. This role is primarily responsible for executing and maintaining core HR processes including
  • onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and HRIS data accuracy. The position ensures a consistent,
  • compliant, and efficient employee experience by supporting transactional HR operations and process coordination.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive information
  • with the highest degree of confidentiality, discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring integrity, confidentiality, regulatory and

general compliance; performs periodic audits to ensure documentation completeness.

  • Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries; escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Maintains the integrity, security, and confidentiality of all Human Resources records, employee
  • information, personnel matters, investigations, compensation data, leadership discussions, and other
  • sensitive or confidential organizational information.
  • Coordinate HR processes, documentation, and calendars to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Ensure complete compliance tracking and maintain required reporting deadlines.
  • Identifies process gaps and recommends improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of

HR operations.

  • Supports Finance with payroll data collection and employee payroll inquiries.
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors.
  • Assists with open enrollment activites and benefit administration.
  • Handle recruiting logistics including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and

applicant tracking.

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system needs, and employee

experience.

  • Leads coordination and execution of employee engagement and community initiatives, reinforcing

company culture and engagement.

  • Maintains office supplies, breakroom and conference room inventory, vending supplies, and other

general office administrative responsibilities to ensure an organized and efficient workplace.

  • Consistently delivers a world-class customer experience to internal customers through responsive
  • communication, proactive support, professionalism, and a commitment to exceeding service
  • expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with human resource information system (HRIS) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Conditions

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
