Objectives & Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Identify and generate qualified opportunities through outbound sales, including prospecting, research, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn social selling, with a focus on scheduling meetings to support the Sales Team
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals while contributing to annual sales team revenue targets.
- Manage CRM : Keep accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other sales tools, including detailed notes on conversations, research, and statuses for different leads
- Continuous Learning : Invest in your personal and professional growth to maximize your current and future success. Set yourself up for career advancement within our growing sales team

“Nice to Have” Skills & Qualifications
- Post-secondary education (Bachelor's, Associate's, or Diploma)
- Background or interest in Accounting, Finance, Education, Business Development, or Marketing
- Experience in a role where there are frequent 'tough' conversations (customer service, door-to-door sales, fundraising etc.)
- Experience in competitive fields (sports, arts, etc.)
