**Experience you need:**

• Proven pedigree managing complex mixed developments within an established, reputable Tier-1 property developer corporate environment.
• Minimum 15 years in property development with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven history of delivering massive, landmark high-rise or integrated multi-tower portfolios.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related project management disciplines
• Full willingness to lead operations directly at Southern Malaysia sites.
