What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technology providers (e.g., Flagstream, Comcast), primarily via remote communication
- Act as a technology resource for all departments, including office and retail locations
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, Windows operating systems, hardware, and network systems (Active Directory, Ethernet, wireless) for staff and POS systems
- Manage facility security systems, including cameras and alarms
- Support the security of the organization’s local area network, email, and file systems
- Research, plan, and implement system upgrades and IT initiatives, including hardware procurement and deployment
- Develop proficiency in software platforms used across departments, including thrift store POS systems
- Advise and support technology use to enhance Aftercare programs
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage new solutions to enhance and support business objectives.
Who You Are

- Experience implementing SAP S/4Hana, EWM, SAC, CPI, BTP
- Knowledge of the change control process and procedures
- Foundational understanding of IT SDLC, ITSM, ITIL
The Details
- Schedule : Monday – Friday
- Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Compensation: $24.00/hour
