Role Overview

We’re looking for a Real Estate Valuer to join the Valuation and Underwriting team. The Valuation and Underwriting team is an integral part of RCG Group, enabling the company to make informed and financially sound investment decisions and provide solid advice on the portfolios of real estate collaterals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and review of valuations
  • Real Estate advisory activities
  • Prepare client presentations and reports
  • Presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Develop business plans and turnaround strategies
  • Build financial models (in Excel and/or other tools) and performing related financial analysis
  • Build and maintain relationships with local authorities e.g. planning authority, land registry, as well as the external network of professionals

Professional Experience and Qualifications

  • University Graduate in the area of Real Estate or related fields (e.g. Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Planning & Development, Property Appraisal). A postgraduate degree is considered a plus
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Greece or abroad
  • Membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or TEGOVA, and/or in the Certified Valuers’ Registry of the Ministry of Finance are strongly desired
  • Solid grasp of financial analysis/financial modelling
  • Strong communication, analytical and data organization/interpretation skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with project management will be considered a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • A strong team-player, flexible and adaptable to different environments.
  • Native level Greek and fluency in English- written and spoken are an absolute must.
