Mariner Investment Bank is expanding its Information Systems Team in Cape Town. We are looking for a Systems Analyst who is quick to learn and eager to contribute to the team. We pride ourselves on being a team focused on quality results and reporting, problem solving, and humility. The candidate needs to be comfortable multi-tasking, working within various systems, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Importing, formatting, and working with client and financial data.

• Providing detailed, accurate, and actionable analysis of data with the ability to both draw and communicate conclusions.

• Building out reporting for all our departments.

Qualification & Skills

• Teachability and flexibility are a must.

• Detail-oriented.

• Strong problem-solving skills; we are a small, dynamic team who all help each other find solutions according to our strengths.

• Work well in a team environment and with all end-users across the business unit

• Able to balance several tasks at once, the candidate needs to be able to work with as many of our software systems as possible.

Preferred Experience

• -
• Previously worked in Systems Analysis.
• -
• Proficient in Office 365, familiar with being a CRM admin.
• -
• Basic financial and M&A understanding advantageous.
