Are you passionate about developing others and enhancing their skills? We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our dynamic team in the BPO industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that equip our team members with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities
Training Program Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver training programs for new hires, existing employees, and leadership, covering areas such as customer service, sales, technical support, and process compliance.
Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are fully prepared to meet performance standards.
Create and update training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations, ensuring content is relevant and up-to-date.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Work closely with team leaders and management to identify training needs and areas for improvement, continuously refining training strategies.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to employees to reinforce learning and support professional development.
Ensure all training programs adhere to regulatory and company standards, including data protection, customer confidentiality, and industry-specific regulations.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and outcomes, using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other tracking tools.
Collaborate with HR, operations, and quality teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in training, preferably within the BPO or call center industry.
- Healthcare-related experience is considered a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, Instructional Design) are a plus.
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong ability to connect with learners, build rapport, and motivate individuals to achieve their best.
- Adept at identifying gaps in knowledge and performance, and implementing training solutions to address them.
- Capable of managing multiple training programs and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and open to change, with a willingness to adopt new training methods and technologies.
