(Senior) IT Project Manger Commercial Applications (m/f/d)

Your Impact

You will drive the successful delivery of strategic Commercial Applications initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, commercial excellence, and digital capabilities across global markets.

This role is critical to translating business priorities into scalable technology solutions, ensuring that complex transformation initiatives are delivered successfully while creating measurable value for the business.

What You Will Drive

• End-to-end delivery of strategic Commercial Applications projects, from planning and execution through go-live and transition into operations
• Successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Commercial platforms
• Strong alignment between business priorities, technology roadmaps, and project execution
• Governance of project scope, timelines, budget, quality, and delivery risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Effective stakeholder engagement across business functions, IT teams, executive leadership, and external implementation partners
• Coordination of cross-functional workstreams and integration activities across Commercial Applications and enterprise platforms
• Financial planning, resource management, and delivery forecasting to ensure successful project execution
• Proactive management of project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to maintain delivery momentum
• High-quality project governance through transparent reporting, milestone tracking, and executive communication
• Successful planning and coordination of testing, cutover, hypercare, and operational handover
• Contribution to global transformation initiatives, including the rollout of standardized commercial platforms and digital capabilities

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or transformation initiatives within international environments
• Proven track record delivering large-scale Commercial Applications or enterprise application projects
• Strong experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and traditional delivery approaches
• Experience with Commercial Applications such as Salesforce, Veeva, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform , or comparable CRM and customer engagement platforms
• Solid understanding of enterprise application landscapes, integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Experience managing external implementation partners and global vendor ecosystems
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment across business and IT functions
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile certifications are an advantage
• Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus
